City’s Mobile Office going to Tokai, Atlantis and Kensington

Next week, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be heading to the Tokai Library, Robinvale Community Hall in Atlantis and the Kensington Civic Centre. A wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries will be provided. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services that come along with each mobile office visit.
The details are as follows:
• Thursday, 31 July 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Tokai Library, 109 Tokai Road, Tokai
• Friday, 1 August 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Robinvale Community Hall, Starling Road, Robinvale in Atlantis
• Friday, 1 August 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Kensington Civic Centre, 1 Walrus Street, Kensington
The City’s Revenue department will also be present at the Tokai Library visit where it will handle rates queries, Pensioners Rebate applications and Debt Write-Off applications.
‘This is the City’s commitment to bringing its services closer to communities and making local government more accessible to residents. City staff will be in Tokai, Atlantis and Kensington to provide guidance and assistance on queries arising on both these days next week. Residents are reminded to bring along their IDs or municipal accounts to help ease the process on the day,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
